Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Yoho VPN application provided by YOHO MOBILE PTE. LTD. ("Yoho", "we", "us"). By using the app you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The service

Yoho VPN routes your device's network traffic through an encrypted tunnel to a server you select, to protect your connection on untrusted networks and improve routing. Availability, speed, and specific server locations may change and are not guaranteed.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam or malware, attempt to breach or overload our or others' systems, or resell the service. You are responsible for the activity conducted through your account.

Accounts

You sign in with Apple or Google. Keep your account secure; you are responsible for use under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Subscriptions & billing

• Paid plans are offered as auto-renewable subscriptions. On iOS, payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID settings (or, for web purchases, via the original purchase channel). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Except where required by law or the applicable store's policy, payments are non-refundable.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, YOHO MOBILE PTE. LTD. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end the service or your access for violation of these Terms or where required by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
