Privacy Policy

YOHO MOBILE PTE. LTD. ("Yoho", "we", "us") operates the Yoho VPN application. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. Our core principle is simple: we run a no-logs VPN — we do not monitor, record, or store the contents of your network traffic, the websites you visit, your DNS queries, or your assigned IP address while connected.

Information we collect

• Account identifier. When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive a stable user identifier and, where you permit it, your email address. This is used to create your account, restore your subscription, and enforce your device limit. We do not receive your Apple/Google password.
• Subscription status. If you purchase a subscription, Apple (in-app purchase) or our web payment processor tells us your plan and its validity dates so we can grant access. We never receive your full payment-card details.
• Device registration. A per-device public key and a count of active devices, to enforce the plan's device limit. No advertising identifiers are collected.
• Diagnostics you choose to send. The app can copy on-device connection logs to your clipboard so you can share them for support. These stay on your device unless you send them to us.

What we do NOT collect

We do not log your browsing history, traffic contents, destination servers, DNS lookups, or the source IP address you connect from while the VPN is active. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your data for advertising or profiling.

Third parties

• Sign-in: Apple (Sign in with Apple) and Google (Google Sign-In).
• Payments: Apple (App Store in-app purchase) and, for web purchases, our payment processor. Their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policies.

Data retention

Account and subscription records are kept while your account is active and for as long as required to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, then deleted. You can delete your account at any time from the app ("我的" → Delete account), which removes your account, device records, and subscription links from our systems and signs you out on all devices.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may delete your account in-app. To make a request, contact us at [email protected].

Children

Yoho VPN is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, in the app.
