What we collect
An account identifier (your email), your subscription status, and a per-device public key plus a count of active devices to enforce the plan's device limit. No advertising identifiers.
What we do NOT collect
We do not log your browsing activity, connection targets, DNS queries or IP history. The app only counts the total volume of data used, so we can apply your monthly quota. There is no traffic log to hand over.
Payments
Web subscriptions are processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers. In-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google.
Data retention & your rights
Account data is kept while your account is active and as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting obligations, then deleted; data-usage counters reset each cycle. You can delete your account at any time from the app (Me → Delete account) or by emailing us; this removes your account and associated data. Subject to your local law (including Singapore's PDPA, the GDPR/UK GDPR, and California's CCPA), you may request access, correction, a copy, or deletion of your data, and where applicable complain to your data-protection authority. Our account and website servers may process your IP address for security and anti-abuse — separate from the VPN tunnel, where no source IP or traffic is logged.
Children
Yoho VPN is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
