The service
Yoho VPN is operated by YOHO MOBILE PTE. LTD. (Singapore). It provides an encrypted VPN with a free tier (14 locations; 1 GB per month at full speed, after which the connection is not cut off but is moved automatically to a reduced-speed lane of approximately 50 GB per month; once that reduced-speed allowance is also used up, service pauses until the monthly reset. Both allowances reset on the 1st of each month) and paid Pro plans (200 GB per month at full speed, across 15 locations).
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, to infringe others' rights, or to disrupt the network. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Subscriptions & billing
Web Pro plans are auto-renewable subscriptions billed by Stripe ($9.99/month, $24.99/quarter, $59.99/year). In-app purchases are billed by Apple or Google at the same prices. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and Pro remains active until the end of the paid term.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding term.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
